‣ Understand basic physiology and anatomy in pregnancy so you are aware of the changes in the body and feel less overwhelmed
‣ The course will provide you with aspects of your pregnancy that are not included in the medical management of pregnancy and birth
How does the program work?
The program is 12 modules distributed in 7 stages. There are 25+ yoga video classes which can be watched at your own pace, at least once or twice a week to make the most of them. Recorded meditations and relaxations are also included in the program with other useful material like recommended books, clothing for maternity and aromatherapy.
The goal is to ensure each module is understood and provides useful tools and information for your pregnancy to be valued, your labour to feel easier and your birth to be of your choice and positive for you.
The progressive modules are designed for you to grow in your practice, awareness and tools at hand so you can feel more and more empowered along the way. Throughout the course you will be able to actively prepare body, mind, soul, for the birth of your baby.
You will have weekly live yoga classes with me, monthly Q&A calls with me and support via a private Facebook group.

This course is not for you if prefer 1-1 accountability or if you are not willing to put in the effort and work yourself for a more empowering experience.
It is not for you if you don't want a happy pregnancy, labour&birth, postpartum.
It is not for you if you don't want to take responsibility for your birth and wish not to be informed about pregnancy, labour&birth.
It is not for you if you are not willing to do anything to solve your anxiety, fear for labour and birth.
It is not for you if you want to keep feeling any symptoms or pain throughout pregnancy and do nothing about it.
What If I am busy and cannot keep up with the modules?
If you are busy you can refer back to modules and materials in your own time.
The course is designed to serve you throughout pregnancy and early postpartum, but you will always have access to the materials also in your postpartum.
You will be able to view all the modules and materials once you have access to it
You will always have access to the Private Facebook Group to refer back to content on there too.
Will I get the same results as other women from this program?
You will certainly be on your way.
It is important to remember that all things take time and we are always a work in progress but by starting this course you will be starting your journey to the best version of yourself as a mama, you are worthy of it all!
