Terms of Service
Last updated: 11/10/2025
Welcome to my pregnancy yoga website. I'm Marta Gandini, and I operate this business from the UK. By using this website and accessing my pregnancy yoga course, you're agreeing to these terms. I've tried to keep them straightforward and fair for both of us.
About my course and services
I offer an online pregnancy yoga course designed to support you during your pregnancy journey. The course includes video lessons, written guidance, and other resources that I've developed based on my experience as a pregnancy yoga instructor.
Please remember that whilst yoga can be beneficial during pregnancy, you should always consult your healthcare provider before starting any exercise programme. My course is not a substitute for medical advice, and I'm not responsible for any medical decisions you make.
Using my website
When you use my website, please:
- Keep your login details secure and don't share them with others
- Use the course content for your own personal pregnancy journey only
- Be respectful in any communications with me or other users
- Don't try to copy, distribute, or sell my course materials
- Don't attempt to hack the website or access areas you're not supposed to
If you don't follow these basic rules, I may need to suspend your access to the course.
Payment and access
When you purchase access to my pregnancy yoga course, you're buying the right to access the materials for your personal use during your pregnancy and beyond. The course content remains my intellectual property.
If there's an issue with your payment (like an expired card), your access may be temporarily suspended until we sort it out. I'll do my best to contact you if this happens so we can resolve it quickly.
Each course purchase includes details about any refund policy that applies. Please check the specific terms for your purchase.
Regarding a drop in session or 5 weeks course, we have a 48 hours cancellation policy and payment will secure your spot in the class.
My responsibilities and limitations
I work hard to provide quality pregnancy yoga instruction and keep my website running smoothly. However, I'm a small business, and I need to be realistic about what I can guarantee:
- I can't promise the website will never have technical issues
- I'm not responsible for any injuries that might occur whilst following the yoga practices (please always listen to your body and your healthcare provider)
- I can't guarantee specific results from following my pregnancy yoga programme
- My advice is educational and not a substitute for medical care
If you're not satisfied with the course or encounter problems, please contact me at marta@martagandini.com and I'll do my best to help.
Copyright and course materials
All the videos, written content, and other materials in my pregnancy yoga course are my original work and are protected by copyright. When you purchase the course, you get the right to use these materials for your personal pregnancy yoga practice.
Please don't:
- Share your login details with friends or family
- Download and redistribute my videos or materials
- Use my content to teach your own yoga classes without permission
- Post my course materials on social media or other websites
If you'd like to recommend my course to others, please direct them to my website rather than sharing the content directly.
Privacy and communications
I may occasionally send you emails about your course progress, pregnancy yoga tips, or updates about my services. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
For full details about how I handle your personal information, please see my Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
I may need to update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in my services or legal requirements. If I make significant changes, I'll let you know by email or by posting a notice on the website.
Resolving disputes
If you have any concerns or disputes about my services, please contact me first at marta@martagandini.com. I'm committed to resolving any issues fairly and quickly through direct discussion.
Before taking any legal action, both of us agree to make a genuine effort to resolve the matter through:
- Direct communication via email or phone
- If needed, mediation through a neutral third party
Only if these reasonable steps don't resolve the issue would either of us consider court proceedings. This approach saves time and money for both of us, and usually leads to better outcomes than formal litigation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Any legal proceedings would be handled by the English courts, though as mentioned above, I'd much prefer to sort things out through discussion first.
Contact me
If you have any questions about these terms or anything else about my pregnancy yoga course, please don't hesitate to contact me at marta@martagandini.com. I'm here to help make your pregnancy yoga journey as smooth and beneficial as possible.
